    The most vital thing which is not an ingredient nor a food article but is a part of every meal cooked.

    It had no color, no taste, no shape but still, our body comprises 60 % i.e around 42 litres. And that's WATER.



    I was thinking a whole week from where should I begin, then I asked myself where was I going wrong in past when I had a lot of health and skin issues. So today ill be talking about the most vital thing which is not an ingredient nor a food article but is a part of every food cooked. It had no color, no taste, no shape but still, our body comprises 60 % i.e around 42 litres. And that's WATER.

    In our busy lives we forget to have a proper intake of water, we rather substitute it with something else but what water can do nothing else can. Many of the health problems, skin problems are caused due to dehydration. Let's understand this is the cheapest medicine to most of our disease.

    Now I would like you to answer this honestly to yourself how much water do you drink per day? Is it enough for your body?

    On an average water a individual should consume not less than 2 litres of water. But I personally drink for about 4 litres a day. You can gradually increase the intake of water as time passes and your body gets the hang of it. This doesn't mean u can over drink NO there is also a term called hyper hydration which can cause problem with your homeostat of the body.

    Water and electrolyte build an equilibrium to maintain most of the function in our body.

    How water help loss weight????

    What I do is little cheating on my body. I sometimes skip my craving for food or hunger by drinking water that doesn't mean I skip a meal NO I'm talking about craving for junk food or any sweets. And by hunger I mean the one we get after every hour sometimes it is not feasible, especially when your working or at college so water is my food for that time. Water helps us to flush out residues from food or any medicament out our body via urine. It helps in increasing the metabolism of food easily due to which metabolism rate increase.

    But this may take time as every body functions differently.

    Do you know drinking cold water can also help burn fat how???? Well, this is how Drinking iced water is one of several ways to harness this mechanism for weight loss since the body must compensate for the sudden temperature drop. One 16 ounce glass of cold water can burn up to 17.5 calories, no treadmill required but this is not same in everyone. The last tip is try drinking water before a meal to reduce appetite.

    Conclusion: Let us all embrace this calorie-free drink and which helps burn calories.

    P.s: If you want to losses significant weight water is not just a thing that may help this may be the first step towards it.




    This is how your life gets sorted only by water.

    1. I drink 1 litre water every morning firstly

    2. I add citrus like lemon or orange slice with some mint or sometimes cucumber and mint to add some taste to water.

    3. I drink more 1 litre before bed.

    Well this may cause some discomfort at first like frequency of urination may increase but after a point your body will adapt.
